it was nice that i met tri ( Secretary of CEO ) we had a lovely chat about her family and her work as she love her Job , I was happy to meet new FB Manager Alex, it was sad to me Made Wirawan leave this job , he is very wise and interesting person talk b and he always come up to us to say hello and make us laugh. i will be looking forward to seeing Alex next year when we come to bali as he teaches us many interesting things.

Our room attended Sarya did a wonderful Job, always very warm and offer us assistance when we need. he also makes wonderful animals from the towels to give us a happy surprise each day this is very clever to do this - no one in Australia does this - i think also was attended called Komang ( but i am not 100% this is lies name ) but i would like to say all for room attendants during day and evening to do turn down did a great job - some would like to thank you them all.

Also are old room attendants from 2010,2009,2005 also remember us ad always say hello. i can only remember one name is Nyoman and other names i cannot remember so i am sorry i cannot write their names down.

We are also sorry to hear that G.free is leaving this is a real shame as he brings much fun and joy ad happiness to many guests we will be sad to not see G.free again.

i hope you dont mind me writing so much information i wish i could remember all the staff names as i would like to mention them all, as i fell you should know how happy . then make us year after year. no other hotel i have stayed in treats us live family as mandira does ad this is why we come back every year ( even through it is very expensive )

i hope you and the staff have a great Christmas and new year and we hope to see you all again in June / July 2012

Even though we come to you for a holiday, leaving loved ones at home is hard but you guys make it so easy. We would like to thank everybody for our stay there, we have over the years seen some interesting and difficult guests but it is never a problem for you guys, that is just another reason we keep coming back. A special thankyou to you yuni, we hope you do pass our thoughts and prays to each and every family member there,the atmosphere only adds to the excitement of not only coming to bali but coming back to our second home.

Yuni the lady who we were working with from the mandria for the wedding was AMAZING !!!
Very on top of things and everything was organized to the T from the wedding to our stay at the mandira to the legal side of things for the wedding.The mandira provided so much for us to choose for the wedding from the cake to decoration and extra things they did with no extra costs.The morning of my wedding it was raining and I was going to be having it out side they waited till 2pm till they decided to contact me to advise that mane we should have it under cover to be safe which ended just as beautiful if not more beautiful.

Our flowers where brought to us in our hotel room and same with the photographer which was great we had 3 photographers running around taking photos for the time we hired them and a beautiful album which we received in only just 2 1/2 days.The food was AMAZING ! We had heaps to choose from and more !!!! We choose a Buffett which was great !! All in all the resort was beautiful and the wedding was very well organized and ran smoothly

We didn’t even mind that the weather wasn’t perfect, we had so much fun! The photos are stunning, the stormy sky looks fantastic in the photos! Please give the photographers our heart-felt thanks, the photos and the album are just beautiful and we could not be happier with them.

We are so happy with our decision to get married at the Bali Mandira and will definitely recommend to our friends!! Thanks again for all of your help, maybe we will see you again one day when we visit Bali again.

We arrived (Myself and my daughters, Melissa and Simone) at your hotel on 29th November 2010 until 5th December 2010.

I would like to pass on how wonderful your staff made our stay while in Bali. I would like you to be aware of 3 staff members that I commend on their work and pleasant nature that they have towards the guests at Mandira.i n all the hotels I have stayed in, these 3 staff members make you feel welcome and treat you with such respect that I will no doubt never forget and will definately stay at Mandira the next time we come to Bali.

The names of these staff are Made Agus Aribawa Yasa, Adi Captaint Chatoz and Bagiasa Bagas. They work as bartenders. I hope to see them at Mandira the next time we stay. Please pass on our thanks to them for making our stay at Mandira a most memorable one.
