- Payment Policy: Full non-refundable prepayment (100%) is required at the time of booking
- Modification: Stay dates may be modified once, subject to availability and applicable seasonal surcharges

Children are defined as guests aged 12 years and under. Guests aged 13 years and above are considered adults. - Nyepi Day (Silence Day) Policy: A 24-hour Balinese Day of Silence implemented across the entire island of Bali. During this period, the following restrictions apply:
- No travel
- No fire or lights
- No work or physical activities
- No major noise
Guests may continue to enjoy activities within the resort area only. Check-in and check-out are not permitted during Nyepi Day. Ngurah Rai International Airport will be fully closed during Nyepi Day. Guests are advised to check in at least one (1) day prior to Nyepi Day. Nyepi Day Dates:
