E-GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Info:
- Valid exclusively at Bali Mandira Beach Resort & Spa.
- Gift card is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Gift card is transferable; however, Bali Mandira is not responsible for lost or unauthorized use.
- Gift card is valid for three years after purchase. Guests are advised to review the validity date and plan their visit accordingly.
- To redeem, please contact our Reservation Team via email, WhatsApp, or phone. Advance booking is highly recommended to ensure availability.
- Gift card must be presented digitally when redeeming.
- Any purchase amount exceeding the value must be paid by the guest; remaining balance is non-refundable.
- Not combinable with other promotions
Important Usage Notes
For in-house guests (per gift card):
- The gift card's value must generally be fully utilized during the same stay it is redeemed, unless the redemption is specifically for a room booking itself.
- Any unused balance cannot be carried forward to a future visit or stay.
- Full utilization of the gift card is advised. Any remaining balance will automatically expire upon check-out.
Room at Bali Mandira
- Redeemable for room bookings at Bali Mandira Beach Resort & Spa.
- Room rates will be based on the chosen package at the time of booking.
Resort Credit
This gift card is also redeemable as resort credit, valid for use at:
- Glow Spa
- Celagi Restaurant
- Barong Bar
- Azul Beach Club
...and is not limited to any facilities or services currently offered at the resort.
For non-staying guests (per gift card):
- This gift card can be redeemed once at a single outlet of your choice (restaurant, bar, spa, or Azul Beach Club)
- Splitting the gift card's value across multiple outlets is not permitted.
- Any unused balance will automatically expire once the bill for the single outlet is closed.
- Any purchase amount exceeding the gift card value must be settled by the guest at the outlet of redemption
