The wellbeing of our guests and employees is of paramount importance. From the 29th of January, the management of Bali Mandira Beach Resort and Azul Beach Club has taken the hard decision to temporarily not accept any business from guests that have transit or travelled in the last one month to China, Hong Kong, Macau and other Countries mainly affected by COVID-19 with over 3,000 infection cases.
Bali Mandira is also closely monitoring news on COVID-19 and following guidelines from local Health Departments and Ecolab our chemical cleaning supplier. From January, the management has followed a new Standard of Cleaning guidelines by disinfecting all rooms and mattress prior to new guest arrival and after guest checkout. The management has also start to apply Thermal scanning to guest, staff and supplier entering the property.
